TuesdayA deader session than yesterday, with only
Keitaro87 being on. And it looks like
robean won't be around much for a whole week, since she has to work overtime at her job.
:(>Buuut anyway, for the session itself it was my usual renegade. Did a little bit of crafting stuff, and then did my dailies. I tried doing a few dungeons, but only got through one of them, and then had a hankering to try out a new class: The engineer. And the verdict:
Like other classes, it has its share of spells/abilities. But the real draw are its "kits". Each kit contains a complete set of abilities, ranging from the healing skillset (aka the "Med Kit") all the way to a melee DPS skillset (aka the "Tool Kit"). And these kits can be switched around at any time, even in combat! This mechanic very much reminds me of the druid class in World of Warcraft, where you can shapeshift between animals - and thus acquiring their spells/abilities - at any time, which was probably the biggest reason that it was my main, back when I played that game. So, it looks like I found my (current) main in this game!
And the records I played today were:
Mr. Bungle - Self-Titled Debut Ruined, because I forgot to turn off the in-game music when I was recording my mount video yesterday, so both were going at the same time.

WednesdayLast night, after I finished my Guild Wars 2 stream, I got up off the floor and
YEEEEOOOOOWWWW!! My right knee hurt, big time!
Because of this, I didn't do a Pinball stream this morning. Instead, I just did a short one hour session, because I didn't want to be kneeling on the floor too long.
And it also meant that I couldn't get much FF XIV time in either, just doing retainer ventures and squadron stuff.
:(>This part was hastily written, since I still had to get a nap in, due to poor sleep.An okay session today. I mostly did crafting on my new engineer, but after a while I ran a dungeon with him, just to test him out. And it's a green light! Some kinks to iron out, but that can be fixed over time
