Friday Night/SaturdaySo, because of how much I mean to a viewer named Jake Ryan:
He decided to gift me a whole bunch of tables on
Zaccaria Pinball, a Pinball company based in Italy (until some time recently I always thought they were just a cheap ghetto knock-off of Pinball Arcade/FX3. Nope!). So I just decided to go ahead and do a stream of me trying out these tables.
And holy shit are these tables hard! Like, the loading screens take longer than my playtime on them lol. By comparison, even Bram Stoker's Dracula - arguably one of the most difficult tables ever - is pretty easy compared to these ones. One cool thing I like about Zacc Pinball though, almost
TOO good perhaps, is the very moment your game is over you go back to the table sub-menu. On Pinball Arcade & FX3 I have to either do it manually or wait for the Game Over fanfare to run its course, so Zacc definitely got this one right.
And another good BTD 6 session. Did my usual, single-player stuff and trying to do some co-op as well. But the lag got pretty unbearable, even on 2-player matches. I said this in
my previous blog post, but this game needs better netcode (preferably
rollback), especially when some of the people I co-op with are my own viewers. Kinda bad when they leave over this.
And later on this evening, on a whim I decided to go ahead and do a Pinball stream. And this time, I played 3 different games, FX3, Arcade, and Zaccaraia. Seemed to work out okay, so I might start doing it like this in future Pinball streams.
SundayThis morning I played a little bit of BTD 6, and tried fighting an epic boss (not sure of exact name). Not too bad actually, got to round 100ish and the third tier boss battle (Not sure how many "tiers" of this boss there are. Five maybe?). I wonder if you can do this in co-op mode.....
And this evening I
ALSO played some BTD 6. Fought Bloonarius, but actually did
WORSE this time around. *sigh* After that I just did a few singleplayer maps, as well as a few co-ops. And this time around, the lag wasn't as bad (other than in the late game, where there are lots of towers and/or 'bloons. That's kinda to be accepted). Too bad that don't happen often.

donoteat (I've been talking about him in my recent Pseudocasts). So, look to see me streaming that game in the (hopefully. I'm still liking BTD 6 right now) near future.
MondayWatched Episode 15 of Dragon Ball. Master Roshi was given a girl who basically has a split personality. And "only" a bit pedo-pervy this episode. I've definitely seen a lot more in other episodes lol.
And a not-as-good evening BTD 6 stream, as one: Poor sleep due to allergy issues. Two: I still had to upload my Pseudocast to Twitch (takes at least an hour, as this 'cast was 4-5GBs), so I'd have had to shut it down early anyway, even if I had good sleep. And Three: Tremendous lag in all my co-op games like, worse than normal. It got to where I just bailed the moment it started up.

JUST NOW occurred to me:
Ninja Kiwi, the ones who made this game - presumably it's where the game servers are located - is based in New Zealand! Yeah, that might explain the constant lag. So, definitely good to know.
:/>But otherwise, the singleplayer aspect went great though. I just unlocked a map or two, as well as doing what are called "races", where you have to complete a map as quickly as possible. And in these, unlike any other mode, you can call in as many waves of 'bloons as you want at once (usually you can only get them one wave at a time). So, I'll definitely be playing this mode more often.
