[Elemental DC] Recruitment of CWLS Bard Musical Instrument Performance Members

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my entry.
Did you know that Bards (BRD LV30 and above) can play musical instruments in-game? With the Bard job quest "Plucking the Heartstings" completed, you can start playing lots of different instruments!
You can find and complete the quest by going to; Old Gridania (X: 10.4 Y: 8.4) and talking to Simpkin.
If you complete the quest, you will be able to play! You can play with various instruments such as the piano, flute, piccolo, and timpani. You can play using a controller or a keyboard. I was able to do it myself as an amateur in music, so it'll be fine for you too.
When you start playing, you'll want to play this song, you'll want to play that song too! Shallow and wide sounds! In a blink of an eye, you'll be absorbed in it as time goes by!
So much fun! I want to share this enjoyment, I wanted to play together!
Therefore, I decided to launch EMS, which is the abbreviation of the CWLS "Elemental-Music Salon".
The purpose of EMS is to let people know about the wonderfulness and joys of music through performances. The ultimate goal is to perform an ensemble with enough menbers to fill the stage of Min Khetto's Amphitheater. I set some other goals in between, but for the time being, my goal is to gather members and after a practice session, to spread the joy of playing while having a concert.
Why don't you come play together with us and let's liven up the Eorzean music industry!
----- Conditions for Joining CWLS "Elemental-Music Salon" -----
＋ You can enjoy music (You can be an amateur at playing, I too am an amateur) ＋ You can cooperate with others ＋ You can speak Japanese or English (It's okay if you can only speak Japanese or English to some extent. If you can't speak Japanese or English, you can communicate using Google Translate!) ＋ You can follow the rules ＋ You aren't bothered by moving between worlds/servers. (We practice by gathering on the same world/server) ＋ You have Discord, which if you currently don't, then it's very easy to install! (I don't do VCs or voice calls. It'll be fine without it! I use it just for communication and sharing or pasting files, etc.)
----- Specific Activities -----
＋Practice in the evening without deciding the day of the week. Or live on the street. Or watch other concerts (participation is free) *Practice days can be adjusted (participation is free) *We may practice in the afternoon before the concert (participation is free) * It feels like you are always practicing for a concert. ＋ Practicing your part once a week on irregular days and times. * Regarding ensemble practice, since we follow a hope system, there are weeks when I don't conduct practices. ＋ Concerts held about once a two month. * The ensemble for the next concert will be decided the week after the previous concert. There is also a rehearsal the day before. ＋ Perform with an ensemble experience about during the off-season. * Events that can be attended by people outside EMS. EMS members can also participate as students. ＋ Sudden guerrilla lives, practices, promotions, etc. on a free day in between ＋ On days where there are no activities, you should practice your parts on your own
* For the ensembles, we use musical scores written on Google Sheets (anyone can read it because the notes/sounds are written in katakana). Achievements: Even beginners can play the basic EMS ensemble songs in two weeks. If you aren't sure about how to play, we will practice together regardless of the scheduled practice date. There are currently about 30 ensemble songs. We will recruit applicants for each song and organize a PT (party).
----- Standard EMS Activity Cycle -----
Week 1: Saturday: Rehearsal Sunday: Second rehearsal + concert (concert about 100 minutes) Week 2: Ideas for new songs for each unit. Other preparations within EMS. Week 3: Decide on a practice song for each unit and start arranging it. Week 4: Exchange events between members, etc. Week 5: Concert practice Week 6: Concert practice Week 7: Concert practice
* This is one typical cycle in 7 weeks, but it is subject to change.

----- About the Units -----
＋Many units belong to EMS. There are from small units which have 2~3 members to some units with 8 members. Each unit freely decides their repertory, uniform and activities including which concert do they join. You may know the repertories of each unit by referring to the videos of our recent concerts.
----- About the support system -----
＋ EMS is building a support system for everyone. The performance skill leader (EMS Executive) and several support members provide performance skill support and unit support activities. Specifically, for problems like; "I can't play the ●● measure of the ●● song, is there anyone who can help me practice or teach me?" "I want to play the ●● song, but I don't have any friends to play it with... Is there anyone who can play with me? " "I want to play this song ●● with this person. Is there anyone who can arrange the music? " We'll make a solution together! Please contact Ryuujin for more details.

You can also join as a trial member for 2 weeks! * There is a limit to the number of music scores that can be viewed during the trial member period. After the trial period ends and you've experienced a few activities with us, we will reconfirm if you'd like to officially join as a full member. * You can also officially join from the beginning without having to become a trial member, in the same way, you can also only be a trial member for less than 2 weeks if you're already sure about joining, just let us know!

＋ There is an EMS's FC on the Kujata server. It is used for purposes such as "buying a house immediately" and "accommodating sub-characters". There is no unique member only for FC. In addition, we do not carry out independent activities only for FC. Those who are subscribed to the trial cannot enter FC. If you want to join FC after officially joining EMS, please tell Ryuujin at any time. You are free to leave FC at any time. No permission required.
