I don't know how much of this is relivent anymore concerning selling with the ranking over with now.

Aria tells me the bottom has fallen out of the ishgard material market and the restoration in general has slowed down greatly, at least on Faerie, not as many seem interested in it anymore.

After all, when you have all the rewards and your crafters and gatherers are 80, why bother much, just to see new areas?

I assume each server will have to complete everything before they unlock housing, or the next phase, if there is one. Most American and European servers are in the teens while many Japanese servers are in the 20s and I have no idea how far we go in this phase. Maybe we rebuild the entire housing district.

People are probably stocking up on dyes, and some might be buying other things hoping to sell them. I imagine some really want to complete all those ultra grindy achievements.
