So, some exciting news yesterday. Soon enough we will be welcoming Xbox players to FFXIV!
Won’t that be rather neat? When I state soon I mean..... not too soon unfortunately but at least it opens the game up to a bigger audience ^^
Anywho, for some inspiring thoughts today, do something fun you use to find fun. Maybe turn on an old system and try playing one of your old favorite games!
Nostalgia is quite a drug to the brain, but you find the rose glasses come off when you finally do play that old game again.
The reason for this is imo is knowing things have drastically changed since that first time. Not just tech wise, but your life as well.
This is not a bad thing. Life goes on and we are just along for the ride. The world may not revolve around us, however we can easily make the difference to someone just by offering a helping hand, even a small chat can brighten someone’s day.
For me, I am always shocked and excited when someone knows sign language ;3

I've been a pc gamer since forever - the only old system I had was my ancient PS2, which is now long dead!
i booted up my old PSP recently...and i found the battery had gone all "puffy" and it totally F*cked my screen!
i was able to hook it up to my TV, so the system "works" technically...i was gonna try and play some crisis core, then lead into FFVII, just to re-hash things before the remake...but man..i just couldnt get into it with just a small little bit of my screen being used for the picture... :(
