Getting votekicked in levelling roulette

Idk why I'm writing this but I felt that ranting it out might make me feel a bit better.
So as the title wrote- I was votekicked from a levelling roulette (Brayflox Longstop) when I was trying out Astrologian for my job.
I won't say I'm the best healer, but I'm definitely still trying to get the hang of healing... I tried to Esuna away all the poison and whatnot, but I suppose without Eos's help back when I played SCH a bit... I'm not healing fast enough to keep everybody alive, therefore it probably was my fault I wiped the party twice at Aiatar.
Here's probly the kicker of my stupidity- Despite playing this game for over hundreds of hours I have zero ideas how to limit break! :kek: I was asked to limit break during Aiatar fight and I asked in return, "Sorry how do you find the limit break button?"
Nothing but radio silence as we wiped, and upon being resuscitated I tried looking for the button but could not find it. Tank immediately ran ahead into boss room, initiated boss while I was anxiously panic searching for the LB button and we wiped. Again.
"Votekick healer," said the tank despite my constant apology and bam- I was gone.
To the group I was running earlier, I'm sorry I was such a bad healer.
I'm... probably going to put away healing job for now and go back to DPS.

Yeah that tank... It’s a low level dungeon. Everyone should expect that people are learning and to be patient and helpful.
The upside to this incident is you have learned a few things. Don’t let these things keep you from your journey.
For Aiatar, just apply Esuna whenever the tank gets 2 stacks. Aspected Benefic will outpace 1 stack. If DPS gets 1 stack, you can remove it.
Also you can't always save stupid people.
If you let people die just say it was on purpose to remind them of their place beneath your heel.

I have mad anxiety issues- why I avoided playing healer for the longest time and yesterday's event crushed me, as pathetic as that sounded since this is after all, just a game, haha.
I will keep chugging on as a healer, thank you!! For those in the primal server, if I end up in your team, *I am so so sorry*.
Nevermind what other players think of you. You have skills to help you deal with your anxiety. Keep your threshold around 50%(threshold = the amount of hp remaining that triggers your urge to heal). Esuna anything that hinders player performance(slow, blind, etc) and any dots. Your life is #1 and the tank is #2. Use Lucid at 8000mp or what it makes sense. Memorize pulls and fights so that you'll know how much healing is required.
Dont let big pulls scare you, it's not all on you.
People are usually much more accommodating than this I’m sorry you had a bad run but never let it discourage you from enjoying the world.
