At first I was just using this whole blog thing as a way to shitpost, but now I'm just using it as a way to scratch my writing itch. So if you see quotes around a text "like this" then it's likely that post is just me writing in character for the sake of documenting my game, and more likely scratching that literally itch I've been trying to kill since 2019.
Is it Cringy? Yes.
Unorthodox. Yes.
Make me seem like a child. Oh absolutely.
The last 4 entry's I posted where the first times I actually documented the character of Solo in a way that could be referred back to in the future. So the fact that I can finally write down and explain the character in a way that's organic and follows the basic story telling rule of "show don't tell" is worth any hate I'll get for it.
You know what though. At least I'm not doing ERP for gil.
Same here! I find the blog system to be really immersive and it's great that not many are on here. Feels like writing for yourself as opposed to writing for an audience (even though there's a limited audience) which is really great!
