At the same time, it’s a private contract agency that counters Sekiseigumi legal ways to conduct certain services under the table and one of Kugane’s syndicate link points (i.e. infiltration, investigation, delivery, tracking, information, illicit services, etc). This is a SFW-RP and Mature RP orientated Freecompany. You’re required to be 21 or older.
