フリーカンパニー（Free Company）とは？

同じワールドのプレイヤーと組むことができるコミュニティ

通称FC。FCに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えたり、FCで所有することができる“FCハウス”を購入したりすることができます。
他にも一定時間経験値の取得量やステータス補正ができる“フリーカンパニーアクション”が使えるようになるなど、FFXIVの世界をさらに楽しむことができます。

FCマスターやメンバーによってFCの特徴が変わるので、自分に合ったFCを探して参加してみよう！
リンクシェル/クロスワールドリンクシェル（LS/CWLS）とは？

目的に応じて参加できるメンバー限定チャット

通称LS/CWLS。LS/CWLSに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えるようになります。1つしか所属できないFCとは違い、複数のLS/CWLSに所属できるため、モブハント用LS、釣り用LSなど目的に応じた使い方で楽しむことができます。

気になったLS/CWLSには気軽に参加してみよう！
リンクシェル：同じワールドのプレイヤーのみとチャット会話が可能。異なるワールドのプレイヤーは加入できない。
クロスワールドリンクシェル：同じデータセンター内で異なるワールドのプレイヤー同士ともチャット会話が可能。

We are looking to bolster our numbers with folks looking to jump into content together!

Are you a fresh and bright eyed sprout?
Are you a veteran of the game, prone to lurking in the FC yard and talking about savage?
Do you raid or rp, craft or grind relics? Attend RP venues and talk glamours?
We literally don’t care what you do in game, we think you’re great and we want to be a part of it!

We spend a good amount of time socializing in discord and plan our group content there. We want to find people looking to get involved and hang out with us!

A nice place to learn content and play a game with other nice wholesome folks.
Adults preferred, young people will be added on a case by case basis. those 25+ encouraged to apply. The age range is a suggestion- we have some in the 18-21 range so don't worry!
All genders welcome- anyone can be an honorary E-girl.

Sometimes it can be difficult to catch a lead online the same time as you, and we like to chat with potential new fc members before throwing them into the fray. You can also send a friend request and message scarlet.shade on discord- please note that it is preferred that you are a part of an official ffxiv discord and that you've put in an application at the above link first, so Scarlet knows you're not a bot. <3 Doing this will speed up the process as the first thing Scarlet will do is find you on discord anyways.

Now a little about the Free Company:
In a uniquely social game such as FFXIV, there’s a lot of focus on social groups. After a lot of trial and error and seeing what can come with online communities, we’ve created a space for open communication and kindness focused interaction/gameplay. We spent time designing rules, leaving spaces for hard topics, and building a place for people to be completely human.
We have a weekly and monthly schedule, we have occasional movie nights together, and we talk about exercise and mental/physical health in our discord- we want to recognize the humans behind the screens as well as the fun of the game.
We are open to all kinds of players! Our crew does a little of everything, and we love giving space for folks to enjoy the game no matter what their focus is. We do also enjoy jumping in to social venues from time to time as a group.

Middling sized FC, no plans to be a huge mega FC- we recruit slowly and try to give you time in our discord to "try us out" before pulling you in. What matters most is that we are a good fit!
Max ranked, large mist house. Regular FC events with participation raffles for Gil and encouragement to group up for content.
