フリーカンパニー（Free Company）とは？

同じワールドのプレイヤーと組むことができるコミュニティ

通称FC。FCに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えたり、FCで所有することができる“FCハウス”を購入したりすることができます。
他にも一定時間経験値の取得量やステータス補正ができる“フリーカンパニーアクション”が使えるようになるなど、FFXIVの世界をさらに楽しむことができます。

FCマスターやメンバーによってFCの特徴が変わるので、自分に合ったFCを探して参加してみよう！
リンクシェル/クロスワールドリンクシェル（LS/CWLS）とは？

目的に応じて参加できるメンバー限定チャット

通称LS/CWLS。LS/CWLSに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えるようになります。1つしか所属できないFCとは違い、複数のLS/CWLSに所属できるため、モブハント用LS、釣り用LSなど目的に応じた使い方で楽しむことができます。

気になったLS/CWLSには気軽に参加してみよう！
リンクシェル：同じワールドのプレイヤーのみとチャット会話が可能。異なるワールドのプレイヤーは加入できない。
クロスワールドリンクシェル：同じデータセンター内で異なるワールドのプレイヤー同士ともチャット会話が可能。

PvPコンテンツを一緒に遊ぶためのチーム

自分に合ったチームを探して、お互いのプレイヤースキルを高めあいながら仲間とともに戦い抜こう！

About Minty Clover

We’re Minty Clover, a fast-growing but still tightly knit Free Company built on the idea that strong bonds make the best adventures. While we’re no longer a “small” FC, we’re proud to say that everyone here has a place, and everyone belongs.

We recently hit a major milestone and are now reopening our recruitment page to invite only a few more like-minded adventurers to join our journey.

We’re sprout-friendly, LGBTQ+ safe, and focused on building a positive space where casual players can grow, connect, and thrive. With a little corporate parody vibe, but a lot of heart. Though we’re a fairly new FC, our hearts are set on growing meaningful friendships that might just spill into real life someday (FanFest, anyone?)

While we still welcome sprouts, we’re now prioritizing players who have completed Heavensward or beyond, and mentors who enjoy Gathering, Crafting, RP, or have other niche passions in Eorzea that could help Minty Clover grow.

• Discord Access: Members get access to our active Discord, including helpful bots coming soon:
- Therapist Bot (private journaling, affirmations, and daily check-ins – not a replacement for professional care)
- Guide Bot (FFXIV tips, crafting help, and gear advice)
- Friend Bot (daily greetings, motivational messages, dad jokes, and weekly wins check-ins)

These bots are designed to uplift, inform, and connect—respectful use only.

We’re not aiming to be the biggest FC. We’re casually aiming to be the best FC.

Prerequisites

• Toxicity is not welcome - If you berate sprouts for messing up a dungeon, keep moving.
• Respect Boundaries - Give people space, don’t spam messages, and avoid clingy or stalker-ish behavior. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable here.
• Be active - You don’t need to no-life it—but show up, join in, and have fun with us.

How to Apply

Leave a comment below or send a /tell Yuki Hiro@Golem in-game and we’ll send you our brand new discord server link. Alternatively, you can come by the FC House, someone will be there to accept your application (if we're not outside, we're inside)!

I’m an IRL e-commerce business owner and day trader—though I'm not a skillful gamer, my real specialty lies in making Gil and putting puzzles together. I’m always happy to share what I know and help others get rich in-game. And don’t worry—where I fall short, our members step up.
