フリーカンパニー（Free Company）とは？

同じワールドのプレイヤーと組むことができるコミュニティ

通称FC。FCに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えたり、FCで所有することができる“FCハウス”を購入したりすることができます。
他にも一定時間経験値の取得量やステータス補正ができる“フリーカンパニーアクション”が使えるようになるなど、FFXIVの世界をさらに楽しむことができます。

FCマスターやメンバーによってFCの特徴が変わるので、自分に合ったFCを探して参加してみよう！
リンクシェル/クロスワールドリンクシェル（LS/CWLS）とは？

目的に応じて参加できるメンバー限定チャット

通称LS/CWLS。LS/CWLSに加入すると、メンバーだけで会話ができる“専用チャット”が使えるようになります。1つしか所属できないFCとは違い、複数のLS/CWLSに所属できるため、モブハント用LS、釣り用LSなど目的に応じた使い方で楽しむことができます。

気になったLS/CWLSには気軽に参加してみよう！
リンクシェル：同じワールドのプレイヤーのみとチャット会話が可能。異なるワールドのプレイヤーは加入できない。
クロスワールドリンクシェル：同じデータセンター内で異なるワールドのプレイヤー同士ともチャット会話が可能。

INTRO

Hello there! We are Method From Madness(PERIL) a growing upcoming FC.
We have a discord available that gets constantly updated with general in-game information and made easy to access.

We have a wide variety of players from different time zones and even guests from other servers.
Including many players in various parts of the game, so the company is extremely Learner Friendly.
We also use a Community Cross-world Linkshell for better communication in game with the players from other worlds.
From raiders to casual players and even crafters, a little of everything.

Our ultimate Goal is to have active players willing to do more content.
That way players can experience more of FF14 and what the game has to offer.
We enjoy including anyone willing to do content to the best of our ability.

We have posted events before depending on what the members or even guests are interested in.

Side Note: Events are subject to change at any point, we'll update accordingly when possible.

GENERAL INFO

This is an 18+ FC, but we don't tolerate disrespecting other gamers. We have fun together, and enjoy the game.
We do our best to explain and teach especially to newer players.
We have certain people that personally take care of savage learning parties and our Mods who help others navigate the game when needed.

For extra context, the company does have a larger Raiding player base since we help with savage learning and clears.
While the new updates drop we will focus on learning them first then making events after.
We do have casual days like Map farms as well as other casual events depending on what the members want.

We would love to have more people help us build a new community, and create new experiences.

DISCLAIMER

As a reminder, community finder posts DO NOT notify people so please use the other means of communication posted above for a quicker response. You may still leave a comment, we normally check twice a day when we're able too.

Side Note: We now have our Large House! Come visit us at Ward 25, Plot 7 in Shirogane.
This will be our Permanent Residence. Come visit us anytime! (Under construction)

THE COMMENTS SECTION

As you can see there's a mixture of requests to join, good feedback, and even negative ones.
We want to stress the fact once again that this company is 18+ and there's certain behavior we DO NOT allow nor tolerate.

Most companies will delete the negative reviews because of misunderstandings and malice from others.
While we deleted them at first, we decided to leave this last one up as an example.

This kind of childish act to "shit post" is unreasonable and disgusting.
No other response is needed for it, and it wont be deleted unless the other party chooses too.
We urge any potential members to read through or even join the server and decide for yourselves if this is a good fit.
But be aware this behavior is unacceptable no matter the reason.

FC is PRETTY good, even when no one is on in FF14, there's almost always someone guaranteed to help either in discord or the crossworld linkshell you will get invited to if you join. They do savage runs a few times a week which is handy, I've only been here half a week so far and I've already cleared P1S and progged P2S thanks to them. The community is great, they have a great sense of humor, they are beginner friendly, and also do high end content. Best of both worlds and a bunch to gain here.

Its been a pretty dang good time since I've joined imo. Did my first raids in any mmo with this FC and everyone was very understanding and chill during PROGs and clears. A fair amount of active members and others that are just waiting for someone to hang out with. They understand that FFXIV is not everyone's life but also keep up with the game for anyone who's life IS only FFXIV.

I may not be in this FC, but I do a lot of current savage content with them. They are hands down, one of the greatest groups of people I have ever met since playing this game. The overall social and outgoing atmosphere is truly brought out by their compassionate FC leader.

An fc member in spirit ;D. It's actually a whole new community for me since I have IRL friends in my FC but I felt very welcome and people are chill and fun to be with. Discord is very active and the leader really harmonizes the group in many ways. I also love getting along with these people who have different culture and time zones than me (being in the eastern hemisphere and most of them being in NA). This is a common thing in MMO but I can say this is one of the best groups I've been with. :)

Bad leader who doesn't care bout anyone except himself. Join this fc if you dont care about happiness and want to be treated poorly. Dont have any issues or complaints otherwise youll be booted. Leader cant handle the truth and wants more ppl to fall for all the lies told. Fc is dead and falling apart. Take it from someone along with many more whos been there. Don't join, its a waste of time.

Jokes on you Scarlett I joined this FC BECAUSE I don't like happiness and thrive in being treated poorly. I log on just to be called a piece of cabbage at seal rock or that I'm dripless because I use brown dye. Iza might be an angry lil man and a tyrant but that's where his charms lie. Idk what you're complaining about cuz I whine to Iza everyday and I'm still here, seems like a skill issue on your part.

I am a member of this FC on my alt character (which i made to help lesser experienced players get savage clears with loot when the lock out was up) I have spent the better part of may/june/july and august helping members (including the ones that are harassing and spamming this page) get savage and ex clears for moutns and gear that i already had. Scarlett Mist in particular I personally spent a lot of time in Hydalyn and Endsinger helping get the mounts.

At the beginning of the tier the FC leader sent multiple messages out asking for patience so that we could learn the fights and gear ourselves to help members complete the ex and tier. Within the first week of savage while we were still progging 7 we had already created 2 p5 prog groups and a 3rd for the second week but because our complete focus was not on certain members they got upset. Caused a public issue then left and are now harassing us on community finder and shout chat.

For what? Because most of the FC was trying to enjoy the new content. After all the help that was given to them for months they are personally attacking all the remaining members and because we asked for a month to get accustomed to the new content. It is disrespectful of all the time we put in and tbh hurts a little. Please do not ignore the negative comments but realize where they are coming from. Thank you for reading my novel.

This FC has been absolutely amazing to everyone. Sure we have down or slow times especially during the start of patches when everyone is busy with the new content. The ones who are posting the disrespectful messages were hurt because their individual needs were met. We try to get to as many people with the stuff they want to do as possible while progressing ourselves. I hope the actions of those who make blatant demands don't affect the views people have of our wonderful fc
