Game Time Compensation Due to Congestion (Dec. 17)
As previously announced by Producer & Director Naoki Yoshida, we will be granting 14 days of game time to the following customers as compensation for the extremely long wait time in the login queues and the ongoing situation making it difficult to play the game normally.
Eligible Accounts: FINAL FANTASY XIV service accounts that meet the following requirements as of Dec. 21, 2021 8:00 (GMT)
・Has registered the full version of FINAL FANTASY XIV.
・Has remaining game time on Dec. 21, 2021 8:00 (GMT).
Game Time Granted: 14 days
・If you have a recurring subscription, the subscription end date will be extended by 14 days.
* Additional paid options such as the Retainer Service will also be extended by 14 days.
・If you do not have a recurring subscription, 14 days of game time will be added.
Timing of the compensation: Sequentially after Dec. 21, 2021 8:00 (GMT)
・Due to the large number of service accounts, the process is expected to take 2 to 3 days to complete.
