In my case, Nahimic(SteelSeries's sound effect tool bundled with ASRock Steel Legend) might be conflicting with Geforce drivers because it uses GPU for acceleration according to a post on reddit. Then as a solution, turn off effects on Nahimic config app and stop following two services
