TEAM GOAL:
We aim to create an easy-going, social, and sustainable community that allows our members the ability to set up and form teams. We want a community that sees this network as their FFXIV home with teammates who are here to help each other have fun from A Realm Reborn through Endwalker.

PURPOSE:
We are easygoing, friendly, and like to enjoy the game without taking it too seriously. Having fun and treating each other with kindness and respect is the most important aspect. The purpose of our team is to allow members the ability to set up events so they can run the content they want with kind, respectful, and supportive players. We are a small team of mostly casual/mid-core players. Many of our members are mature working adults who balance real life and gaming. We realize everyone is busy so most of our communication is to set up events. The best way to form connections is by teaming up with your fellow members. This game is even more amazing with a team you belong with that matches who you are. The core members that regularly interact with us are about 30+.

NEW MEMBERS:
Most of the time we are in text chat unless we are taking on challenging content. In those instances, some members use voice chat and some prefer text. Either is ok with us. Events are member-driven. Members are encouraged to set up events to run content they want.

SETUP TEAMS TO RUN CONTENT YOU WANT:
We have a section on our discord server that allows any member to set up a thread so they can organize and run content they want that matches their schedule. Most of our teams and events are set up this way. You don't have to wait for someone to start an event. You can start it. The threads allow members to communicate with their team and work out any necessary details. It's also a good way to get to know others in a smaller group setting.

MEMBER FEEDBACK:
To facilitate our member-run events, we run a lot of surveys to get member feedback. This allows everyone to see what content people are interested in and identify who has the experience and can guide that team.

PROTECTING OUR COMMUNITY:
We work hard to protect our social environment so that it remains respectful. Any reports of actions that do not match our community values are taken seriously and reviewed to determine the appropriate actions that must be implemented.

CONTRIBUTING TO OUR COMMUNITY:
A key component of what makes our community work is that members are here to help each other. We have members that host events, help answer questions, join events, team up to help others clear dungeons/raids, interact, greet each other, offer their crafting services, etc. What you contribute to the community is what helps our team continue to be better.

ACTIVE TIME:
We are mostly active on weekdays around 8-11 pm EST and on weekends 1 pm-11 pm EST.
