Tickets for the Fan Festival 2018 in Las Vegas are set to go on sale Tuesday, July 10, at 12:00 p.m. (PDT) and today we’ll be detailing the purchase flow and other important information.

Access Code Requirement

Users will need an access code in order to purchase tickets once they go on sale.

To be eligible to receive an access code, users needed to possess a North American Square Enix account and have had an active FINAL FANTASY XIV subscription, including the 30-day free play period, at any point between January 1, 2018 and June 22, 2018.

Access Code Distribution

On the evening of Tuesday, July 3, we'll begin the process of sending access codes to the e-mail address registered to eligible Square Enix accounts. To ensure these e-mails arrive without issue, please add noreply@xmail.square-enix.com to your address book/safe senders list. Also be sure to check any spam/junk mail/promotional categories in your e-mail client!

Important Notice: Users who have unsubscribed from FINAL FANTASY XIV marketing-related e-mails will not receive this e-mail. If you wish to subscribe to marketing-related FFXIV e-mails once again, please follow the instructions detailed later in this announcement.

Purchase Information

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, July 10 at 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on the following site: https://sqex.to/LSQ
(Note that the site may be unavailable until closer to launch timing)

Once ticket sales commence, you’ll be able to enter your access code and begin the purchase process. Upon starting the purchase process, you will have 15 minutes to complete your order before the system will remove you from the queue.

Please note that a virtual waiting room will be enabled before ticket sales begin. Upon the launch of ticket sales you may be placed in the waiting room until the system allows you to purchase tickets.

Price and Limits

$149.99 USD per ticket (plus taxes and fees) – Limit of 4 per order

Ticket price includes:

• Access to the two-day event
  
• A goody bag (contents to be revealed later) and two in-game items (The SDS Fenrir mount, and a minion yet to be revealed)
  

Opt-in to FFXIV Marketing E-mails

As mentioned above, if you have opted out of FFXIV marketing-related e-mails, you will not receive the e-mail containing your access code. Should you choose to opt in, you can do so via the following steps:

1. Visit the Square Enix website and select “LOG IN” in the top right.
2. Enter your Square Enix account (the one you use to play FFXIV) info to log in here. (You may be prompted to enter additional information)
3. Once logged in, select the character portrait in the top right and choose “Settings” from the pull-down menu.
4. Select “Email Subscription,” place a check mark in “FINAL FANTASY XIV” and click “Save Changes.”

Please note it may take some time to take effect, so we encourage users to begin this process as soon as possible.

If you do not receive your Fan Festival e-mail with your access code within a few days from the July 3rd dispatch, despite following the above steps, our Support Center staff will be available to assist you.
