We had originally planned to recommence the currently suspended auto-demolition counter on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. However, considering the current world situation, we have decided to keep the counter suspended.

As for when auto-demolition will resume, we will monitor the situation in the coming days, and inform you all when we have come to a decision that auto-demolition can commence again.

The automatic demolition of estates was suspended in December 2021 due to the ongoing congestion situation following the release of Endwalker. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to resume automatic demolition on Wednesday, 9 March 2022 around 8:00 (GMT) / 19:00 (AEDT).

Automatic Demolition Counter and Current Estate Owners

The counter for automatic demolition may be reset for certain estates depending on the usage of housing during the period when estate demolition was suspended. If an estate hasn’t been built on the plot, the counter may be reset upon entering the estate once it has been built.

• For players who have entered their estate at least once during the suspension period:
  The auto-demolition timer will be reset for free company estates that have been entered by a leader or member at least once, and private estates that have been entered by the owner at least once.
  
  The count for days of inactivity for the aforementioned estates will begin again on Wednesday, 9 March 2022 around 8:00 (GMT) / 19:00 (AEDT).
  

• For players who have not entered their estate during the suspension period:
  The automatic demolition timer will resume from the time that was remaining as of Monday, 6 December 2021 at 6:45 (GMT) / 17:45 (AEDT).
  
  An e-mail notification will be delivered to the e-mail address registered to the Square Enix accounts of those players whose estates will be prepared for automatic demolition within ten days from when the timer resumes. We strongly suggest those players log in and enter their estate before the automatic demolition timer is resumed on Wednesday, 9 March 2022 around 8:00 (GMT) / 19:00 (AEDT).
  
  * The e-mail notification will be delivered to the registered e-mail addresses of all free company estate owners and their free company members, as well as private estate owners.
  

Confirming Time Until Auto-Demolition

For players who have not entered their estates for at least thirty days, the status under the Estate tab of the Timers window will indicate the estate is being prepared for auto-demolition and denote the number of days remaining. This status will no longer be displayed upon entering the estate.

* Please be advised that this window will only display the number of days until the automatic demolition takes place and not the exact time. We strongly urge you to enter your estate well before the scheduled date for the automatic demolition.
