Hailing from distant Thavnair, Arteliex was a priest of Dalamud even before the lesser moon's cataclysmic descent.

Now, he commands a Free Company of adventurers as a guise, secretly turning members to Dalamud worship. Eventually, he intends to use these adherents to bring about the death of Menphina, goddess of the moons, for her betrayal in letting his god fall.

To this end, the Peacekeepers collect shards of the red moon, secretly using it's hateful aether to attain unfathomable power.
