PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Gan is an Au Ra of the Xaela, he has fine hair that extends past his shoulders. His bangs are cut shorter than the rest and he allows two strands of hair to extend to his bronze chest, a bronze skin that shows years of warming under the harsh sun of the desert. Gan's scales are rather extensive and drift onto his face extending onto his cheeks and he sports a tri horn on his chin one in the center followed by two perfectly symmetrical horns on either side. Even so his most prominent feature is his lack of a left eye which Gan sacrificed during a battle with the Tumet tribes greatest warrior and his own rival. Gan will occasionally sport a glass eye when he wants to fit in but this is a rarity and he generally just sports an eye patch.

PERSONAL LIFE:
Ganbaatar, like all members of the Tumet tribe was born without a name, he spent much of his life as little more than an excited child learning everything there was to know about the art of war. The Tumet tribe would put all of their children together and they would be raised by the community as a whole, the tribe was a sort of mercenary for hire group so the art of death was quite important to them, and Gan excelled at this. The youth excelled so much in fact that he gained the attention of of a stunning beauty 2 years his senior and they began a romance that was close to forbidden because he had yet to be named. This was a well kept secret until Temujin, the Clans greatest warrior, discovered this and became possessed with jealousy.

In this clan a name was earned only one way, when the tribe moved to another location they were tied to a pole and left while the tribe moved on, if the child came back a name was given to him. When it came time for Gan to take his test Temujin waited for the Clan to leave than broke off and added some additional restraints around the young man. Now bound to the earth with Steel Gan spent 12 days attempting to break the chains slowly ripping away at the durability until it finally shattered. This left an exhausted Au Ra to track down his clan, and for good measure he carried the chains on his back so his clan knew his strength.

After hunting them down he threw the Steel chains at Temujin's feet only to discover that Jin had killed Gan's beloved for having lost her virtue to an un-named so he challenged Jin to single combat without the use of weapons. During the great battle Temujin pulled out a pair of brass knuckles gaining an unfair advantage that plus his incredbile speed brought the young warrior to his knees. When Jin threw the kill strike Gan only slightly moved his head allowing him to take his eye and Gan hit him repeatedly in the throat until he was no more. He than earned the name Ganbaatar 'Steel Hero' for his bravery and ability to overcome even great Steel.
