The Black Dragoon Dominic Morsaint, (Whether this is his real name or not remains a mystery) was born and raised as a part of a small Tribe of Hyur Nomads. Little to nothing of his early years is known, as the tribe, and his family, have long since perished in the great Calamity and the assorted horrible events that followed.
What little he has shared with those few close to him, is not a happy tale. Trained to fight at a young age, Dominic was once set to be the tribes next leader. What happened to change that fact, or the mystery of his many scars and sometimes odd mentality remains known only to him. Even facts such as How he arrived in Erozea, and why he is striving to be Master Lancer is kept solely to himself.
Despite his dark past, He remains an all around nice and surprisingly cheerful person, which is made further strange by the rather unusual trait that follows him around. Dominic's luck is horrible. Well, rather, it is almost a new variant of "Dumb Luck". Sometimes good, sometimes the absolute worse, its by the grace of the twelve that he has made it thus far.
Even with this dark cloud of misfortune following his every step, he tends to be a overall cheerful person, not letting his sore luck get to him despite its best attempts. As such, he is a chatty and helpful person when able, though he tends to also be a bit of a flirt and also goes too far to help people, often times leaving him stranded or hopelessly lost. Current Life Standing: Having Joined forces with his long time Friend and Ally, Lilith Hearthstone, "The Smart-Ass Black Mage", the Free Company Known as the Dark Brotherhood (Whom he is the Groups Under Master and Quartermaster.) has began its climb up the ladder as a group of skilled Mercenaries and Assassins. With each Job and new member, the Power of the Dark Brotherhood grows.
Having Attained the Rank of Dragoon after many (in-game) days of fighting and training, his dream of becoming a legendary lancer has now come and gone, and he now sets his eyes upon the lofty title of Azure Dragoon. He now returns to his training with new vigor, fueled by the loss of his allies and the desire of bloody vengeance, he takes up his lance and pushes forward to take the fight to the Empire.
