Lulu has seemingly been a ward of the Arrzaneth Ossuary since she was born, and was certainly raised and educated there, spending the better part of her life within its walls. As such she is a fairly devout follower of Thal and the ossuary's teachings.

More recently, she seems to have broken away from the ossuary, no longer living within its walls but often referring back to it. She does not, however, show signs of having been living on the streets, nor for that matter reduced circumstances.
