Ingredients - 500 g sour tapioca starch - 250 ml water - 100 ml vegetable oil - 1 tsp salt - 2 eggs - 250 g grated cheese (Parmesan)
Instructions 1. Bring the water, oil, and salt to a boil. 2. Pour over the tapioca starch and mix. Let it cool for 10 minutes. 3. Add the eggs, then the cheese, and mix until smooth. 4. Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
Yield: About 30 cheese breads.
