We may not have known each other before this, but we are all here now and so we are a Community. If we happen to group with each other, then we are a Team✌ ✌ ✌
And in Team, we all have roles to fill. We all have a responsibility to the other people that we are playing with. I got your ass covered because you have mine covered, too. But that does not mean I can nor will slack off. I am definitely not letting you carry me to victory because if I do, we will never get there...
And I sure appreciate a friendly attitude plus a willingness to try one's best in all that we do - yep, even in an MMO. And even if we have to 'taste the floor' a few times trying the various ingame contents, my spirit will never flag.
Of course, shit happens and it is all cool. I, for one will not be mad at a single misstep or three xD (Well unless from the get-go you proclaimed yourself to be the best thing since sliced bread, then very well expect me to expect you to only be nothing less than P E R F E C T and when you obviously are not so: /me (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ )
