The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
After having a long dream about running around endlessly helping out people with their tedious leves, Moiraine wakes up on the side of the road realising that the world looks a bit different from the dream. It seemed like everything was a bit nicer. A bit smoother than in the dream. Perhaps the world had changed. Or maybe it was just imagination. Who knows. Surprisingly, the Miqo'te has no recollection of the previous day. Or any day before. The place in the dream, Eorzea, felt both familiar and distant.
"How long have I been dreaming?" Moiraine pondered. "A day? A month? A year?." It was impossible to tell, but a faint feeling said it was for a very long time.
After sitting on the roadside pondering what had happened, a chocobo carriage pulls up on the side. The head of a tall slender Elezen creeps over the side. An elderly fellow, with experience gleaming in the eyes.
"Do you want to get rich?"
"Yes", Moiraine spouted, without giving it a second thought.
"Then, let's go." The Elezen said firmly and beckoned with a smile.
Moiraine got up and brushed off some fallen leafs. "A tailored suit?". Dressed to go to a business meeting it seemed. Suddenly a strange feeling of entrepreneurship crept back into the present. Yes, Moiraine was indeed a business cat. On the way to find riches.
The Elezen smiled.
"To Eorzea!"
UPDATE: At the eve of the year of the Dog, Moiraine was suddenly and unwillingly affected with Sanguinare Lalafellism while cleaning the drawer at the inn. It was an evil curse that could turn anyone into a Lalafell. However, according to a tome discovered in The Great Gubal Library (Hard), the curse could be lifted by defeating The Master of The Void in the deepest dungeons of Deltascape (Savage).
And so Moiraine set out on an adventure in search of the legendary Fantasia and discover the secrets of Alchemy...
UPDATE 2: Moiraine was again afflicted. This time by the very contagious Lalafell-19. This time possibly causing permanent compactisation..
