Claire Delacroix. They were raised by their mother, a Keeper of the Moon named Nuvah Khumika, and Claire’s father (an Auri minstrel named Tatsuo) from a young age. Cain's father, a Wildwood Elezen named Aulsant Delacroix, was killed when he was a toddler.
Battle: After leaving the red light district of Ul'dah, Cain was taught (and eventually mastered) archery; his playful nature was an ideal fit for the Bard job. While he's challenged himself to various combat classes over time, he finds that his background made him best-suited to classes that required agility and fine motor control over brute strength.
Likes: Dancing, reading (prefers fiction), studying languages, and collecting precious stones. Cain loves to bake, his favorite creations being items such as cakes or pastries. Having worked in a brothel during his childhood and teen years, he developed a high tolerance to alcohol. Though he would never admit it, his drinking habits are a millimeter shy of outright alcoholism. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Cain is exceptionally skilled at assessing body language and the mood of a situation - a gift, much to his amusement, that his older sister has not quite mastered.
Dislikes: Bugs, enclosed spaces, wearing bright colors, and cold weather. The being he loathes the most in all Eorzea is the Morbol; if forced to choose between spending his company with one of those or Gaius van Baelsar himself, he would gladly invite the latter for afternoon tea. Every time he is volunteered to help a newer adventurer through the infamous Aurum Vale, he barely restrains the urge to scream with rage.
