Now the question I have is..... will it be quicker leveling my char to 50 on the EU server I am getting sore fingers trying to get back on or del my char and go learn to speak Jap and start over on a new JP server......
From what I understand, quest dialogue is in English, even on JP servers.
NA/EU just need to crash the JP servers now.
They probably should. We'd get an actual response.
Text and cutscenes are based on client. Not server. You'll still see and hear everything in english, you'll just be surrounded by Japanese players.
Will have to start watching dubbed anime with Japanese subtitles so we can learn to read the language instead of speak it :P
