A former student of the art of thaumaturgy, she one day abruptly left her books for blades of dance to regain clarity and focus - though, ever the scholar, it wasn't long until curiosity compelled her to investigate astrology, despite it being significantly more... practical than intended. Eventual journeys to the long-awaited Sharlayan motherland have led her to, after significant trials and tribulations at the hand of the scholarly populace, eventually glean the secrets of their somanoutic disciplines.
Now, she pursues a vocation as an independent journalist and chronicler, though with mixed success.
