Confusion in Eorzea

I have really enjoyed most of the new final fantasy 14 game but some things are really starting to tick me off. On that note, I would like to take note that the battle system has taken a turn for the worst, especially within the FATE system. There just seems to be too much going on. I mean, at certain points in the battle, you cannot even see what you are doing! I know that there are tones of people playing, but couldn't it get scaled down a tad bit?!
