Vika N'celest, a half breed of both the Keeper of the Moon (Mother) and Seeker of the Sun (Father), Her parents decided to mix their naming traditions, giving her clan letter to her surname, along with her mother's last name. The two Miqo'te fled to Hingashi at a young age to escape the troubles of their homeland, and that is where Vika was born, and raised for a small amount of time. With stories of revults and uprisings in the lands near their new home, Vika's parents decided it was safe to go back home, taking their little Vike back.
