Primal Data Center Down (?)

Anyone else currently unable to log into the Primal Data Center? I can log into the other data centers just fine but am getting error 2002 for Primal.
yes its now a 12 hour affair
that is what i get can log on to cerebus but i cannot log on to primal i ger a 2002 error

I doubt that to happen to the Japanese data center. That never happens in their datacenter. The US database only takes in the ass.
I just read its because of certain Internet Service Providers but no word on if they are working on fixing it.
Kinda feels like SE don't care when it took them this long to even slap up a note on it and not even clarify if they're looking into it or not.
hyperion aint workin for me either... i try getting in 100x and still cant get in!
Well, example of how they care about is exactly that, or a note explaining they announced about the problem. I doubt it happen in Japanese datacenter. I paid the monthly fee equal to them. All we paid and that's bullshit.
they need to make where they wont take our days off if we cant get in the fkin game!
I'm hoping once chat support opens up in an hour and a half we can see if they are actually working on fixing the issue.
Hopefully this is fixed quick. I would like to be able to play soon again.
I logged in and immediately was disconnected and am back to the 2002 error code. -_-
The square said the problem is in your internet and your ISP, but apparently the problem is in all providers on the planet that are in that database. I think only the people who live on Mars getting this log because as far as I to know, the problem is with the planet earth. I'll move to mars SE. Stay calm.
Anybody think they know if it's on the ISP's side or the SE's side that the issue is happening on and if it will be resolved today? Every other data center except primal works for me.
Anybody have any idea how long these kinds of errors take to resolve? All the old forums form years ago I've found are people giving up or not giving any clear instructions on how to fix this.
