Hello All Welcome to Your Favourite XIV Static for MANA Data Centre
This is my first time trying to really organise a group so please bear with me.

About Us:
Arty, Yuki and myself (Kibi) have got motivations to do savage raid content for the current patch and future patches. We've practiced a lot and are pretty confident in our abilities and will form the core for this static.

We tend to put more hours into the game than the average sane person and we are looking to find like-minded peers who enjoy practicing to form our static.

Our Goals:
1. Semi-casual approach.
We will practice a lot, 3+ hours spread out over the week - as needed.
Not pressured for world first.
Not pressured for speed clears.

2. Aim to get our clears as far as we can every week.
If we cannot clear for the week, we encourage members to clear with PUGs and get experience.

3. Current Savage Raid Tier only.
Depending on our current members and motivations we can organise to do other challenging content.

Core Roles (Current Raid Tier, E9s - E12s):
1. Kibishii - DRG, D2
2. Arty - SCH/WHM, H2/H1
3. Yuki - PLD, MT


Successful Recruitment:
4. Monk, D1
5. Scholar, H1
6. Machinist, D3

Recruit Requirements:
1. Active during raid clear times. TUE(reset) - FRI. JST 1730 - 2230 (we're aussies)
We may not need all days
The time indicates when core members are most active.
We are flexible depending on the times, please don't let it intimidate you :).
If we cannot clear by Friday, we encourage members to PUG but we can clear as a partial group over the weekends. This is dependent on player availability.

2. Willing to practice as a group or solo in their own time. Active times JST 1730 - 2230.
Please use this as an indication of common times other members will be active~!

3. Willing to food and pot.
Required for clears.
Only food required for practice.

4. DPS Item Level: 520
Healer/Tank Item Level: 515

5. [Duty Complete] for E11S (or seen enrage)
Kibi has cleared E12S numerous times
Arty and Yuki have cleared E11S

6. Someone that 450 Caps on their tomestone weeklies

7. People that put the best materia on their gear. Penta-meld is not required.

8. Can VC on discord. We love the banter, talking not required but please be present when we are raiding together.

Loot Rules:
Please take some time to communicate in chat before pressing need/greed/pass.
Please call out in party chat if you are needing on particular pieces and for what reason (BiS/Transition to BiS/Sub-Job).
Please roll need for BiS or Transition to BiS (BiS will be prioritised over transition pieces)
Looting will be from left to right.

Leaving the Static:

1. Inactivity.
Bearing some circumstances, if you spend 2 weeks with no participation in weekly raids (cleared or not), you will be removed with warning.

2. Wanting to Leave.
You are free to leave at any time, please let as know as soon as possible or simply leave the server.

3. 4 Week member shuffle.
Please do not to feel like they have to remain with us. Every 4 weeks we will encourage members that are not enjoying the group to leave and will promptly recruit new members.

4. Dead weeks
When we don't have a full party we will try to do our weekly clears with randoms.
