青魔法を習得した３人はいよいよタムタラの墓所に挑む

Rusalka, Manaka, and Aeson go on a journey to seek the secret of blue magic.

結界を解くとごぅと言う地鳴りと共に絶対王カルヴァンスの墓所へとつなぐ橋が現れた。
３人は橋を静かに渡っていく。
墓所は円形の広場のようになっており石畳があるのみで飾り気は無い。
「普通の墓所と趣が違うんですね。墓石くらいはあると思っていました」
まなかは辺りを見渡していた。絶対王カルヴァンスの墓所にあると言われるトーテムを探しているのだ。
When the barrier was unmade, a bridge that connected to the cemetery of Galvanth The Dominator appeared with ground noise. The party of three quietly cross the bridge. The tomb is like a circular square, and there are only cobblestones and no decorations. "It's different from a normal cemetery, I thought there were gravestones"
Manaka looked around. They are looking for a totem that is said to be in cemetery of Galvanth The Dominator.
その時、影が揺らめいたかと思うと何かが現れた。
人の様でもあるが何やら異様な感じがする。見たものに恐怖を与え、魂の弱い者はその場で発狂してしまう。その者は白いローブを身にまとい、ローブの下から白い手が覗いている。そして、その顔はイカと形容するのが良いのだろうか。三角形のイカの胴体は頭に足の部分は口から伸びる触手のように見える。頭の上に金色の王冠をかぶり、かつて王であったことを偲ばせる。
At that time, something appeared with a flickering shadow. It is like a person, but it feels strange somehow. It gives fear to who sees him, and weak souls go insane right away. He wears a white robe, and his white hands are shown under the robe. His face is more like the shape of squid. The triangular squid body looks like his head, and tentacles looks like beard extending from the mouth.A golden crown on his head reminds him of his former king.「あれが絶対王カルヴァンスなのか？」エイソンは王の変わり果てた姿に驚いた。
「さぁ、彼をヴォイドに送り返すのよ。」ラサルカがそう言うとまなかとエイソンは頷いた。
"Is that Galvanth The Dominator?" Aeson is surprised to look at the king's transformed appearance.
"Now we must send him back to the Void" Manaka and Aeson nodded as Rusalka said.王が何やら呪文を唱え始めたかと思うと黒い闇が現れ、そこから増援が現れた。
「ラサルカ、まなかさん。私が王を引き付ける。増援を頼む」エイソンはそう言うと王に向き合った。王は水流を操り攻撃してくる。いや、本物の水流ではない。水流の幻影なのだ。攻撃を受けたものが恐怖を感じた時、幻影は実体化し現実の痛みとして被害者を苦しめる。エイソンは水流は幻影だと自分に言い聞かせたが、迫りくる水流は本物としか思えなかった。何度か息が苦しくなりながらも攻撃に耐えていた。エイソンも反撃するが攻撃が効いている様子が無い。
「駄目だ、攻撃が効いてない」エイソンは毒づきながら王にくらいついて行く。
「エイソンさん。インプ達が何かシールドのようなものを張っていますよ」まなかの位置からは散開したインプから伸びるシールドの影が薄っすらと見える。
「先ずは、増援を片付けて。」ラサルカはスティッキータンを使って、増援の１体を引き寄せた。
The king had begun casting spells, and a black darkness appeared. Reinforcements appeared from it. "Rusalka and Manaka-san, I attract the king. I ask you to do for reinforcements" said Aeson. And he faced the king. The king manipulates the water flow to attack. No, it's not a real water stream. It is an illusion. When the attacked one feels fear, the phantom materializes and afflicts the victim as a pain of reality. Aeson told himself that the water flow was an illusion, but the approaching water flow looked real one. He endures the attack, even though he had trouble breathing several times. Aeson also fights back, but the attack doesn't seem to be working. "No! My attacks are not working" Aeson complains but still follows the king. "Aeson, the imps are putting something like a shield" the shadow of the shield extending from the imps located sporadically can be seen faintly from Manaka. "Clear the reinforcements first" Rusalka used sticky tongue to pull one of the reinforcements.
絶対王カルヴァンスが両腕を高々と掲げた。３人は昏（くら）い感情に支配された。
疑問が湧き起こってくる。
何でこんなところで戦っているのだろう。何だか疲れたな。少し休もうかな。
何もする気が起こらなくなり、呪文の詠唱中に集中が途切れる。
エイソンは頭を振り再び集中しようと試みる。
その時、メッセージの中で絶対王カルヴァンスはマインドブラストの使い手だから気を付けるようにとあったのを思い出した。
「ラサルカ、まなかさん。王はマインドブラストを使ったよ。気持ちをしっかり持って」
Galvanth The Dominator raised his arms high. Dark emotions dominate the three. Questions spring. Why are you fighting in such a place? I'm somehow tired. Let's take a rest. They don't feel like doing anything, and they lose focus while casting spells.
Aeson shakes his head and tries to focus again. At that time, he remembered that the message warned him to be careful because Galvanth The Dominator used Mind Blast. "Rusalka and Manaka-san, the king uses Mind Blaster. Hold on tight."増援はかなり少なくなった。エイソンの位置からもインプからのシールドが帯の様に絶対王カルヴァンスに向かって伸びているのが見えた。
「次はインプを片付けよう。」
エイソンたちはインプ達をに攻撃を始めた。
インプ達が散開しているのが幸いして針千本が良く効いた。最後のインプが倒れるとエイソンは絶対王カルヴァンスにラサルカとまなかは増援に再び向き直り攻撃を再開した。
Reinforcements have decreased considerably. From Aeson's position, he also saw the shield from the imps extending towards Galvanth The Dominator, like a belt. "Let's put the imps away next" Aeson and the others began to attack the Imps. Fortunately, 1,000 needles worked well because the imps were scattered. When the final imps fell, Aeson turned to Galvanth The Dominator, Manaka and Rusalka turned to reinforcements and resumed the attack.ようやく増援を一掃したと思うのもつかの間、再び絶対王カルヴァンスが両手を掲げた。
またも無気力が襲ってくる。
まなかは少し離れたところに居たのでマインドブラストの攻撃の影響を受けずに済んだ。
攻撃の手を休めているエイソンとラサルカに気がついた。
「ラサルカさん、エイソンさん。しっかりして。まだ終わってませんよ」
ラサルカとエイソンはハッとした。
Right after the reinforcements had been wiped out at last, Galvanth The Dominator raised both hands again. The helplessness attacks them. Manaka was a little far away from the attack, so she was not affected by the Mind Blast attack. she noticed Aeson and Rusalka were resting their attacking hands. "Rusalka and Aeson, be firm. It's not over yet" That voice woke Rusalka and Aeson up.ラサルカは杖を握り直し精神を一層集中した。
彼女の詠唱が終わった時、丁度まなかとエイソンの詠唱も終わった。
偶然にも３人の攻撃が一体となり絶対王カルヴァンスを襲う。
Rusalka re-grasped her cane and concentrated her mind even more. When her casting was over, Aeson and Manaka's casting were just over, too. Coincidentally, three attacks come together to Galvanth The Dominator 王はよろめき動きを止めた。何か話をしたがっているようにも見えたが、その声は低く何を話しているのかは分からなかった。
The king staggered and stopped moving. It seemed like he wanted to talk something, but his voice was too deep to hear. They didn't understand what he was talking about.王は倒れた。王の体は影のように薄くなり、やがて消えた。魂はヴォイドに戻ったのだろうか。静けさが戻り、王の魂の気配は既になかった。
The king fell. The king's body faded like a shadow, and eventually disappeared. Has the soul returned to the Void? The quietness returned, and there was no sign of the king's soul.３人は新しい力が自分たちに宿っている事に気がついた。
暗黒の力、マインドブラストを覚えたのだ。３人はこれがヴォイドによる力であるかどうか話し合った。
ヴォイドの力を用いているのなら使うには危険が伴う。
「私が試してみよう」
エイソンは２人から離れてマインドブラストを唱えてみた。
その力はヴォイドに頼ることなく敵のエーテルの流れを阻害することで同様の効果が得られるようだ
The party of three realized that new powers bide in their mind. They learned the power of darkness, Mind Blast. The three discussed whether the power is originated by The Void. If they are using the power of a void, it is dangerous. "I'll give it a try" Aeson tried Mind Blast away from the two. Its power seems to have a similar effect by inhibiting the flow of Aether, which does not rely on The Void.まなかは王の躯があった場所の近くにトーテムが落ちているのを見つけた。
王が持っていた杖はどうやらこのトーテムの力を引き出して作り出したものだったようだ。
「これで、やっと回復魔法が覚えられるわ。」まなかは目を輝かせながらトーテムを拾った。
「さぁ、全ては終わった。ここを出よう」
墓所を出ると外は柔らかな朝日に包まれているのが見えた。いつの間にか夜が明けていた。
石畳の小道を今度は登っていく。さわやかな風が心地よく晴れ晴れとした気分だ。
Manaka found a totem falling near the king's body. The cane that the king had apparently drew out the power of the totem. "Now I can finally learn the healing magic" she said. She picked up the totem with shining eyes. "Now it's over. Let's leave here" When they left the cemetery, they saw the soft sun light outside. The night was over before they knew it. They climb up the cobblestone path this time. The refreshing wind feels comfortable and sunny. カーラインカフェで何を注文しようかな？
そんな事を話し合いながら３人はグリダニアへの道を歩いて行った。
The three walked down the road to Gridania, discussing what to order at the Carline Canopy tavern. -----------------------------------------------
この物語は FF14 の世界での架空の物語です。本編と設定などが異なります。
青魔道士の使う青魔法の効果はFF14と同じですが、学習方法が異なる場合があります

「クトゥルー(クトゥルフ)の呼び声」の訳本は多数出ています

マインドブラストは範囲攻撃に麻痺の効果が加わりますが、それを少し違うように解釈しました。
他の方々も指摘されていますが絶対王カルヴァンスの現在の姿はクトゥルフに姿かたちが似ているので、クトゥルフの設定を流用する事にしました。マインドブラストと言う名前からしてクトゥルフを意識していますよね
Mind Blast is an AoE attack with paralyze effect. I interpreted the effect differently.
Like others pointed out, Galvanth The Dominator looks like Cthulhu, I decided to use the definition.
Mind Blast seems like it borrowed an idea from Cthulhu, doesn't it?
