Actually there is but you have to have the removal key. I don't know if your going to be able to use it or not if you didn't write it down somewhere. The removal key is a much of letter lower case and capital along with numbers and tends to be pretty long.

Same thing happened to me not long ago. I did the online chat and they removed it. Took 5 minutes tops. The alternative, if you dont have the removal key, is to sit on the phone and wait with their customer support.
